
So here's my advice on how to get glowing, healthy skin from the inside out:
Do a little internal Spring cleaning:
- Skip dairy from cows for a week - diary often causes congestion.
- Incorporate more fiber-rich vegetables into your diet.
- Sweat it out! Celebrate the nicer weather with a brisk walk, or do some yoga outside.
And polish up the outside:
- Pick up some wash cloths, and use a new one each time you wash your face
- Invest in some new, quality, organic skin care
